 Three Trends for Enterprise Software"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Consultant <a title=\"Rashid Kahn on BPM trends\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ebizq.net\/blogs\/leadershipbpm\/2009\/12\/the-bpm-trends-i-see.php\">Rashid Kahn<\/a> recently summarized three trends that are sure to impact and change BPM software &#8212; something that he calls the 3 S&#8217;s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Socialization<\/li>\n<li>Simplicity<\/li>\n<li>Software as a Service (SaaS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kahn&#8217;s notes these trends from the perspective of a BPM consultant, but these same three things are impacting every category of Enterprise Software.<\/p>\n<p>Socialization is the integration of tools that enable closer collaboration and communication.<br \/>\nSoftware simplification will mean that rather than just a few skilled users, more users will be able to participate, driving the value of the software&#8217;s collaboration features.<br \/>\nSaaS will allow organizations to be more flexible and agile.\u00a0 Rich-interface client-side technologies are making browser-based clients the rule rather than the
