An expert’s understanding can drive and guide how data can be searched, analyzed, and quantified to derive the greatest insight from it. The combination of human insight and understanding with big data analytics creates ‘vertical intelligence’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This resembles adopting characteristics from human intelligence and implementing them as algorithms in a computer-friendly way. Work hours can be reduced significantly and human brains can be utilized in more creative aspects of the business such as brainstorming, innovating, and researching,” as explained by an article on Analytics Insight<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tristan Greene<\/a>, author and futurist, wrote on TheNextWeb<\/a> that “Vertical intelligence may be a catchy buzzword, but the simple fact of the matter is that combining domain-specific human expertise with AI-powered big data analytics isn\u2019t really optional in the machine learning era.<\/p>\n
