This extension logs the action, the timestamp of the action, the user who initiated the action, and other customizable action details. Each repository item retains its audit data, and any user with access to the item can view its audit log.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">System Administrators can use the Audit History tool to conduct detailed searches in the repository for audit records using various search filters. The Audit History tool provides audit data not only for documents and folders but also for other repository content like sites, users, groups, and different data lists.
