If following governance feels like a burden, employees will find ways around the system. That\u2019s how shadow IT, unauthorized tools, and inconsistent practices creep in. In contrast, when compliance is designed to feel like a natural part of the workflow, governance becomes invisible, and adoption increases without resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
