In the 1990s, business process reengineering promised a revolution. The engine was the process itself, and data merely fueled it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the relationship has flipped. Data isn\u2019t just supporting the process; it has become the process. Businesses no longer run only on documented workflows but on streams of real-time information. Decisions are increasingly made not by following predefined steps but by interpreting what the data reveals at that moment. In this sense, modern reengineering is less about changing job titles and more about understanding what the numbers are saying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
