Earlier in the year, Forrester had been predicting nearly 10 percent growth in IT revenues for 2010, but they have recently had to push<\/a> that estimate down to 8.1 percent growth for the year. \u00a0Considering the state of the economy, that isn’t too bad, and it is ahead of many other sectors in the economy. \u00a0Weaker economic data and new figures from the Department of Commerce caused Forrester to make the revision.<\/p>\n
