The ride to the cloud hasn’t necessarily been a smooth one for all businesses. \u00a0Oracle recently commissioned a report from Dynamic Markets<\/a> to study the success with which the cloud is being deployed in the enterprise. \u00a0A key focus of the study was on how well businesses were able to integrate the various cloud application offerings that they’ve deployed. \u00a0Oracle, long a naysayer and critic of the cloud, seems to have changed of late, jumping into the cloud market with a number of new offerings<\/a>, but the bulk of this report’s contents echo some of Oracle’s early-on criticism, reflecting negatively on the cloud.<\/p>\n

The report concludes that ” the adoption of cloud apps across the world is remarkably high and in all departments, but that integration problems are endemic”. \u00a0The report points out a number of ramifications resulting from\u00a0problems with their <\/strong>cloud integration<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
