Computing: Strong Correlation Between High Productivity and Strong Mobile Strategies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Organizations that deploy mobile tend to be organizations that show the most marked improvements in productivity, <a title=\"IBM report on mobile technology\" href=\"https:\/\/www14.software.ibm.com\/webapp\/iwm\/web\/signup.do?source=sw-app&amp;S_PKG=ov18165\">according to a report by IBM<\/a>. \u00a0Organizations with strong mobile strategies tend to excel in the areas of\u00a0analytics, speed, integration and security.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Findings from the IBM report on mobile\" href=\"http:\/\/www-03.ibm.com\/press\/us\/en\/pressrelease\/42522.wss\">Findings from the report include<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>90 percent of organizations either plan to maintain or increase their current spending for mobile technology<\/li>\n<li>More than half of organizations say that the use of mobile technology increased their employee productivity by more than 10 percent<\/li>\n<li>73 percent of business leaders say that they&#8217;ve realized considerable returns by deploying mobile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IBM&#8217;s <a title=\"Kevin Custis bio\" href=\"www.linkedin.com\/in\/kcustis\">Kevin Custis<\/a> said &#8220;it is far too limiting to define mobility simply as a device or a channel for transactions. \u00a0The organizations that come out ahead will be the ones that prioritize mobile and redefine its use to drive a new set of business expectations and user experiences.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Only 14 percent of organizations have been identified as having strong mobile strategies. \u00a0Challenges that make adoption of mobile difficult include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrating mobile apps with existing systems (54 percent)<\/li>\n<li>Implementing end-to-end mobile security solutions for devices and apps (53 percent)<\/li>\n<li>Unable to react to and quickly adopt new mobile technologies (51 percent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"lightsocial_container\"><div class=\"lightsocial_element\"><a class=\"lightsocial_a\"
