internal IT group must also compete against external IT options, which would include\u00a0outsourcing vendors\u00a0and public cloud providers, to meet the needs of the LOB. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/global-it-as-a-service-itaas-market-2015-2019-key-vendors-are-amazon-web-services-cisco-systems-hp-ibm-microsoft-and-rackspace-300029036.html\" target=\"_blank\">Research and Markets<\/a> estimates that the\u00a0Global ITaaS\u00a0Market\u00a0will\u00a0grow at a CAGR of 31\u00a0percent over the\u00a0next five years.<\/p>\n<p><a
