href=\"http:\/\/www.pacific-crest.com\/saas-survey-file-vault\/\" target=\"_blank\">based on a report from Pacific Crest<\/a>. \u00a0That&#8217;s amazingly high. \u00a0Microsoft Azure and Salesforce only hold 5 percent and 3 percent of the market. \u00a037 percent of SaaS businesses say that they are managing their own servers. \u00a0The report expects AWS market share to grow as the number of businesses managing their own servers declines.<\/p>\n<p>Other findings from the Pacific Crest report include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gross Margins from SaaS Subscriptions are up 78 percent in 2015<\/li>\n<li>Revenue growth from SaaS subscriptions is up 46 percent in 2015<\/li>\n<li>Highest SaaS sales came from channel and inside sales<\/li>\n<li>SaaS businesses in the\u00a0$5M \u2013 $7.5M range grew 70 percent in 2014<\/li>\n<li>The cost to add new revenue from an existing customer is only one-quarter of the cost required to get revenue from a new customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"lightsocial_container\"><div class=\"lightsocial_element\"><a class=\"lightsocial_a\"
