Storage requirements are growing fast, but budgets to address the management of that data are flat or declining.\u00a0\u00a0 A fourth quarter 2008 survey of 100 European IT managers<\/a> found that 66 percent indicated their budgets are the same or will decline in 2009.\u00a0 But 73 percent of these IT managers predicted increased storage capacity needs exceeding 30 percent per year.\u00a0 48 percent of those responding said that storage accounted for more than 20 percent of their budget.<\/p>\n
