Javascript language is taking.\u00a0 Developers rate the Javascript language and the tools ecosystem that has been built up around it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flavors of Javascript<\/strong> &#8211; ES6 dominates, followed by the long-time reigning ES5.\u00a0 Interest in TypeScript is growing quickly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Front-end Tools<\/strong> &#8211; React is the dominant framework, and interest in Vue is increasing quickly.\u00a0 Surprisingly interest in Angular 1\/2 is dropping.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Back-end Tools<\/strong> &#8211; Express is the most popular, followed by Koa, Meteor and Hapi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Testing Tools<\/strong> &#8211; Jasmine is most frequently used for client-side testing, and Mocha is used frequently for server-side testing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>State Management<\/strong> &#8211; REST APIs are the clear winner for managing business logic on the server-side<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"lightsocial_container\"><div class=\"lightsocial_element\"><a
