Businesses are increasingly using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve processes and quality of delivery.\u00a0 A report by Red Hat found that industries like utilities, transportation and manufacturing are already achieving some degree of success of AI. A report from\u00a0Narrative Science<\/a> cites the following four top benefits that enterprises can derive from Artificial Intelligence:<\/p>\n

    The Narrative Science report found that “more and more organizations are deploying AI-powered technologies, with goals such as improving worker productivity and enhancing the customer experience that are not only laudable, but achievable. A focus on realistic deployment time frames and accurately measuring the effectiveness and ROI of AI is critical to keeping the current momentum around the technology moving forward.”<\/p>\n
