href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/newsroom\/press-releases\/2018-08-15-gartner-forecasts-worldwide-information-security-spending-to-exceed-124-billion-in-2019\">according to a report by Gartner<\/a>.\u00a0 Next year the market is expected to grow at a rate of 8.7 percent, reaching $124 billion.\u00a0 Gartner estimates that by 2020, more than half of security spending will be for managed or subscription-based security products and services.<\/p>\n<p>The main drivers for the increased spending on security include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Security Risks<\/li>\n<li>Business Needs<\/li>\n<li>Industry Changes<\/li>\n<li>Privacy Concerns<\/li>\n<li>Digital Transformation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/analyst\/37863\/Sid-Deshpande\">Siddharth Deshpande<\/a>, Research Director at Gartner, <a href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tech\/ites\/global-information-security-spending-to-exceed-124-bn-in-2019\/articleshow\/65438633.cms\">said that<\/a> &#8220;security and risk management has to be a critical part of any digital business initiative.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"lightsocial_container\"><div class=\"lightsocial_element\"><a class=\"lightsocial_a\"
