Business spending on robotic process automatino (RPA) is expected to grow and ultimately reach $2.4 by 2022, an increase from the $680 million that businesses spent in 2018, according to Gartner Research<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

RPA is enabling businesses to become more efficient by automating and digitizing their processes. By 2022, more than 85 percent of very large organizations will be using some type of RPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saikat Ray, Senior Research Director at Gartner, said that “organisations are adopting RPA when they have a lot of manual data integration tasks between applications and are looking for cost-effective integration methods.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RPA is expected to increasingly merge with other emergin technologies, like chatbots, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.<\/p>\n
