The Internet of Things (IoT) market is already huge and has a potential for very rapid growth over the next five years. This is despite the fact that 87 percent of people have never heard of the Internet of Things (IoT).
There are roughly 5 billion IoT devices already and that is expected to increase ten-fold to 50 billion by 2020.
