ECM: Distributed Capture : Capture Gets Personal

- 27% Information Security. Document is stored securely at its Point of Origin.
- 20% Reduce or Elimination of Shipping Costs
- 16% Risk Management. Digital Files can be better managed for disaster recovery.
- 9% Reduce Software implementation and administrative costs
59% of the survey participants are using distributed capture in finance and administration functions.
The survey noted that Distributed Capture has high ROI satisfaction compared to other technologies. Namely, implementing distributed capture is money that is well spent.
