Interoperability Is a Team Sport: Why ECM Needs to Join the Game
Healthcare loves progress, but when it comes to exchanging data, it often feels stuck at the starting line. Electronic Health Records were supposed to make information sharing routine, yet hospitals still rely on fax machines and manual uploads. Standards like HL7 and FHIR have helped, but technical alignment is only part of the story. Real interoperability depends on how different systems, departments, and people actually work together.
